What is the standard shipping time for diving gear?

We offer standard shipping within 3-5 business days and express shipping for urgent needs. Heavy items like oxygen tanks or weight belts may require an additional 48 hours for specialized handling.

Can I return a wetsuit if it doesn't fit?

Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy on all apparel, including wetsuits, provided they have not been used in water and all original tags are attached.

Do you offer professional equipment servicing?

Absolutely. Diving Direct provides certified servicing for regulators, BCDs, and computer battery replacements to ensure your gear meets safety standards.

Are the diving cylinders shipped full or empty?

Due to international shipping safety regulations, all diving cylinders and tanks are shipped empty and must be filled at a certified local dive shop.

Do you provide international shipping for large orders?
